Meet our Managing Partner, a Certified Public Accountant with 9 years of professional experience in finance and accounting. Atty. Wed began his career as an Associate Auditor at Roraldo, Gatdula, Pestaño & Co. and then progressed to become an Assistant Finance Manager for Universal Robina Corp, where he gained a deep understanding of financial management and reporting. He currently serves as a Controller for an international luxury retail company, where he oversees financial operations, manages budgets, and ensures compliance with local and international financial regulations.
With a wealth of experience in financial analysis, reporting, and management, Atty. Wed brings a unique perspective to our law firm, where he works closely with our clients on complex financial and legal matters. His expertise in financial accounting, taxation, and auditing is a valuable asset to our team, and he is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients.

Atty. Reyward is currently the Senior Associate II at Uy, Nicolasora and Associates, Co. since April 2015, where he manages clients' accounting systems, provides tax expertise, and handles special engagements such as SEC amendments, Corporation set-up, and LGU permits. He also oversees teams of accountants, and prior to this, he worked as a Junior Associate in the same company for two years.
